Brendan Shafer is an American Roots musician focusing on the repertoire of old time string bands and other related styles. He has won awards for his clawhammer banjo playing and old time fiddling. Brendan is also a student of Bluegrass, ragtime, and traditional jazz music. Brendan performs regularly with The Six Dollar String Band, and The Badly Bent.
